How can we help?

Start with the tracking number — it answers most questions on its own.

You can paste several tracking numbers at once, separated by spaces or commas.

Common things people need

Shipping guides

Short, practical answers to the things that actually cause problems.

How to pack a parcel so it survives the network

A rigid box, 5 cm of cushioning on every side, sealed seams and no old labels. Fragile contents should never touch the walls of the box.

Getting customs paperwork right first time

Describe what the goods actually are — "gift" and "samples" are not descriptions — and declare the real value. Vague declarations are the single biggest cause of border delays.

What to do when nobody is home

The driver records an attempt and you can arrange a redelivery from the tracking page in a few taps. You can also nominate a neighbour or a nearby service point.

Reading a tracking timeline

Events are newest first. Gaps during a linehaul leg are normal; gaps of more than two working days are worth asking us about.

Raising a claim

Claims for loss or damage must be raised within 14 days of the delivery date, or of the expected delivery date where a shipment has not arrived. Photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further — that evidence usually decides the outcome.
